1981 MCI MC9 Custom Coach Bus, 8V71 Turbo Diesel, HT754 Allison 5 Speed Auto, 12.5 KW Kohler generator, 190k Miles, tow package with rear hitch and plug for towing a car or trailer, two awnings (one on each side), 12-volt battery charger, 24-volt battery charger, inverter, electric water heater, 12-volt water pump, 24-volt water pump, plastic fresh water tank, plastic black water tank. There are three battery systems: Coach (24-volt) House (24-volt) and Generator (12-volt). Standard 8D batteries are used. The coach is equipped with regular coach heat and coach air conditioning for use while driving. While parked, there are four electric heaters with individual thermostats spaced throughout the coach with a fifth electric heater in the bathroom. There are also electric heaters in the underfloor water compartment. There are two central “house” air conditioners for use while parked. One is located behind the dinette and opposite the galley. The second unit is located in the bedroom.

The buddy/co-pilot seat is double wide and has an adjacent map light. A switch-operated(electric over air) trap door will cover the stepwell. Typical of Custom Coach, there is afold-up tray centrally located in front that includes cup holders.The driver’s seat is electrically adjustable and was recently rebuilt by CMI. Both thefront and side dash controls and gauges are standard MCI but additional conversion controlshave been added. There is a spotlight, a Jake brake, and a backup camera. 1947 GMC PD-3751 Motorcoach Bus. This bus is in good overall mechanical condition with major repairs to the front end, brakes and clutch over the past year. It is a super driver and the ride is smooth. The bus gets an honest 10 mpg on the road. The Bridgestone tires are in good shape. The engine is a 6-71 Detroit diesel and the transmission is a column mounted four speed spicer manual with jake brake. There are approximately 46,000 miles on the rebuilt engine and transmission. The bus is all aluminum all bumper to bumper, virtually no rust. This is a low production model with only 1,638 built in 1947-48. This is a quality bus. The motorhome will sleep up to six, there is a full sized bed and TV in rear bedroom, dinette and sofa bed and 26 inch TV up front. Wardrobe and lots of cupboard storage. 1967 Silver Eagle Model 1 Motorcoach Conversion: 40' Coach. Originally a Trailways/Greyhound Coach. All of the seats were removed and 8 bunks were added, along with a galley with microwave, fridge and inverter. The front lounge has 2 sofas and 2 swivel chairs.

This is a great project bus. The engine is mechanically sound. It runs and sounds strong (no pops or strange noises, sounds very smooth). The clutch and flywheel were replaced about 6000 miles ago, so drive train & transmission are in excellent shape for the age of the vehicle.

However, there are a few things that need repair. The batteries need to be replaced, as they won't currently hold a charge. There is a small oil leak coming from the valve covers, and just needs new gaskets. Also, there is a small coolant leak, which is just a hose that needs to be replaced. It needs new wiper arms. The fuel gauge does not work and never has since I have owned it. I think the fuel tank has been replaced. The front steer tires are in pretty good shape. There is a flat tire in the rear inside drive. The rest of the rear tires are in average shape. The spare tire is good, so you would just need to replace the flat with the spare to roll.

There is a brand new fiberglass rear end cap sent from Silver Eagle that will be included with the purchase.

This 1962 Setra S-6L Alpine tour bus was converted at the Kassbohrer factory in Germany. Includes almost all detail parts, taken off to prevent theft. No engine; rear engine bay will take many large options. Manual steering, 5-speed ZF manual transaxle, air suspension, dually, advanced ultralight frame construction for on-road economy. Bath with shower, full kitchen and cabs. Needs complete restoration, including replacement of some body panels and interior details. Comes with or without rear motorcycle carrier. Overall about 25' long. Not for the faint-hearted, but ultra-cool potential and truly unique. Kassbohrer built about 1,200 S6s between 1954 and '63, and my sources say only of the stretched S-6Ls. As far as I've been able to discover this is the only one of its kind left.

1940 Greyhound, Silversides, Yellowcoach, PDG3701153, #153, 37 passenger bus as displayed in the 1939-1940 N.Y. World's Fair. One of a kind bus...I have not been able to find another one anywhere. It has a 671 Detroit Diesel and is converted to a motor home in dark mahogany wood in a Nautical Motif, with all accessories, with a 4-speed gearbox on the column and roll up windows. Engine runs clean. The undercarriage is solid. This bus is 33 feet long because in most places that was the legal limit at that time. The later versions in 1941 and post war in 1947 were 35 feet. It's a real classic and a rare find, a Gem of the Golden Era, one of the few - if not the only one remaining.

1972 MCI Conversion Motorhome Bus, 40' x8', Detroit Diesel 8V-71T, 13 Speed Eaton Road Ranger Transmission, 1 roof air, 100 gal water, 110 gal waste, New water pump with in 3000 miles, New starter with in 5000 miles, The engine runs beautifully! It uses 1 gallon of oil per 1000 miles of travel. It does leak oil, if it isn't leaking, it's probably empty. The transmission works very well for the most part. The linkage is 35 feet long and has the usual slop and play. The reverse solenoid needs to be adjusted and or replaced. I replaced the clutch pedal with one that attaches to the floor and swings forward rather that the original that went down through the floor. The new one works nicely, but still needs to be adjusted at the bell housing for optimum performance. Absolute 1st and 2nd gears have what I believe are missing teeth and will pop out of gear under considerable load. Read: uphill/under acceleration. It has a new starter, new water pump, new belts, new hoses, almost new 8d NAPA batteries. The brakes work well and the shoes all have excellent lining left. It has 100 gallon fresh water tank, 110 gallon waste tank. there is no separate grey/black tanks. It has a 10 gallon hot water tank. It is also set up for towing and comes with the lights and wiring for the vehicle in tow. The ROVER is NOT included!

Many more incredible features. This Newell motor coach runs wonderfully (very powerful!), 208,621 original miles. It shifts and brakes properly (brakes on rear replaced recently) (new ring and pinion). The tires are in fine shape, some of which are nearly new. The three main ac units as well as the heating units work properly. The water heater heats as it should. The water system works properly, Refridgerator/freezer work fine, as do the microwave, TVs and radios. Each of the three main leather couches pull out to make double beds. It is possible to sleep eight, however, five would be more comfortable. The 12KW generator is well insulated, therefore it is quite and works well. There is a rear mounted camera for backing up. The radiator is new and cools the engine great. Even though the coach has been well maintained there are a few items that need attention: There are water leaks around a couple of windows. There is some rust on the battery trays a front compartment where the outside refridgerator is located. There is a soft spot in the powder room floor. The dashboard ac unit is not working. There are some scratches and paint chips in the body. There are two small areas of the lower aluminum body work that have bubbled and need minor repair.

This 2003 Startrans Minibus runs great! The inside was custom made with carpet, a couch, one tall coat closet, storage under couch, small table, and one 3 drawer cabinet (with one drawer missing). This is an antique 1977 GMC Buffalo Style Bus that was converted to a motorhome/tour bus or RV....Detroit Diesel Engine rebuilt 45000 miles ago...The bus runs and drives well and comes with a Pro6000E generator...It needs the hinges fixed on the rear lower compartment, a rear tire and a lock for the entry door...... 1956 ex-Greyhound 4104 Motorcoach Bus, professionally rebuilt original 671 Detroit diesel engine, transmission and new clutch/pressure plate, rebuilt air compressor, new radiator (all less than 5,000 miles ago). 6 brand new tires, Alcoa aluminum wheels, Two roof mounted air conditioners, Has seating for 16 as well as beds and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Kubota diesel generator, 100 gallon fresh water tank, propane water heater, 35 feet in length. Makes a GREAT NASCAR tailgating bus. Penn Diesel rebuilt the 671 less than 3000 to 4000 miles ago. New cylinders/pistons/bearings. The clutch and pressure plate have less than 1000 miles at which time I also had the tranny seals and pinion seals replaced. The radiator was re-cored about 3000 miles ago, all brake drums and shoes about 2500 miles ago. Front air bags replaced about 5000 miles ago. Rebuilt air pump about 2000 miles ago. All 6 tires replaced about 1000 miles ago. The Alcoa wheels are ancient but no cracks or curb rash. The Kubota diesel generator has about 500 hours on it since new. One of the air conditioners on the roof has never been used since new. The propane hot water heater has at most 50 hours of use. The water pump for fresh water has about 20 hours since new. Both windshield wiper motors were replaced about 500 miles ago. I have over $20,000 in the above rebuilds/parts.

1970 MCI MC-7 Challenger Motorcoach Conversion: 8V71 and a 4 speed manual transmission--mileage unknown. It has good tires and good airbags. The rear brakes are due for a change, and the clutch is nearing the end of its life expectancy, other than those issues, the bus has been a great home and traveling companion.

All the cabinets are professionally built with oak and designed to maximize space. The kitchen cabinet tops were re-done with a special order dark “granite” Formica and stainless steel backsplash. The kitchen has a four-burner stove, refrigerator and freezer. The dining area is booth style and converts to a bed with under cabinet storage.

The RV bedroom has a queen-sized bed with under bed storage, closet, nightstands, over-bed storage and wall storage. The bedroom has a mount for a flat panel TV and Cable hookups. There is over-bed mood lighting and main lighting controlled by separate switches.

The living area has a leather sofa (non pull-out) and one bucket seat with seatbelt. The TV pedestal contains a breaker box and space for a DVD player. The pedestal can hold a 47” flat panel TV, and has cable hookups immediately behind the TV for easy access.

There are three storage bays accessible from either the driver’s side or the passenger side and contain:

Bay one: 14,000 btu air conditioner, 1700 cfm blower, battery bank, inverter, gas generator, duct work.
