1941 Marmon Motorcoach

1941 Marmon Motorcoach: A unique, antique coach that can be used as a modern RV! Built on 1941 Ford truck chassis. This coach never served as passenger-carrying bus--possibly served as a mobile dressing room. Originally powered by a six-cylinder pancake (laying on it’s side) engine located mid-ship. The drive train has since been updated with a six-cylinder Ford 300 CID industrial gas motor. It has a 4-speed main, 3-speed auxiliary (Brown-Lipe) and a 2-speed (manual) rear-end. Modern front axle (Ford) with modern self-adjusting brakes and matching five hole Bud wheel pattern. The coach has tilt steering wheel, power steering and hydra-boost power brakes. Dual fuel tanks. This coach averages 9 mpg towing a small car and will easily run interstate speeds.
